How do I make a purchase?
- Browse the Collection – Explore our range of premium Alcantara accessories, including iPhone cases, Apple Watch straps, and AirPods covers.
- Select Your Product – Choose your preferred color, size, or model and click on the product for more details.
- Add to Cart – Click the “Add to Cart” button when you’re ready.
- Review Your Cart – Once you've added all desired items, click the shopping bag icon to review your order.
- Checkout – Proceed to checkout, where you’ll fill in your shipping and payment details.
- Secure Payment – We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods.
- Order Confirmation – After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include:
- Your order number
- A summary of the items purchased
- Your shipping and billing details
- The payment confirmation

Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible:
- Inside Beirut: Orders are typically delivered within 1 business day.
- Outside Beirut: Delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
What is your return policy?
At Alcanlux, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will guide you through the process.
Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved. Return shipping fees may apply.
